"Today in Science we learnt about living healthily and happily by thinking about diet and exercise. We thought about different ways to encourage people to live healthier lives. We thought about the different types of exercise we do and whether they are vigorous, moderate, muscle strengthening or bone strengthening. We then thought about diet and how to notice fats and sugars in our foods and drinks. We created posters to promote healthy living which we will be proud to put around school." Ollie, Year 5.
