Dan Turull is our Executive Headteacher, working alongside Andrew Dix, our Head of School, and a very strong and committed team of teachers and support staff.
In April 2017 the school became an academy as part of the Midsomer Norton Schools' Partnership. This has opened up a significant amount of opportunities for the pupils at our school.
Our Chair of Governors is Adele Ross; she can be contacted via email: email@example.com or at the school address.
Fulfilment, Forgiveness, Foundation
Our school has served Farrington Gurney and the surrounding community for 160 years, consistently producing high standards of education. Our supportive and intimate environment allows children of all ages and abilities to achieve their best within a safe, secure and creative environment.
There is a strong Christian ethos within the school, in which we encourage pupils and adults to have a caring and considerate attitude towards one another. We recognise and value the uniqueness of every child and encourage them to develop their independence and confidence.
Our school community prepares the way for children, as John the Baptist did for Jesus, to find fulfilment for themselves and others, to flourish as they learn to forgive and to seek forgiveness, and to build upon the firm foundation of Jesus' teachings.
If you are concerned about a safeguarding issue, please see our Child Protection and Safeguarding policies under the documents section. Any concerns should be communicated to the 'home school' Designated Safeguarding Lead.
